    驾驶者波动

    人类在飞行器的研究中曾经发现,很多飞行事故实际上并不是由于飞机本身的问题造成的,而是来自于驾驶者和飞机的配合问题。为了使驾驶员能够驾驶飞机,飞机上有电力或者机械的传动部件,使得驾驶员对于操作杆的动作转化为飞机舵面的移动。然而对于事故的研究发现这一机制内部的一些问题产生的飞行事故。

    在飞行员做下操作动作和飞机产生飞行员可以认知的反应之间存在着一定的时间间隔,在很多飞行状态变化剧烈的情况中,飞行员下意识的过分的进行了操作,以至于产生了比预想要更为激烈的动作,相应的,飞行员进行逆操作以抵消,基于同样的理由,逆操作也比预想要激烈。于是在这一过程中,飞行器进入了危险的飞行状态以至于出现飞行事故。
